I loved these pants and wish they had fit. They were too tight in the butt and thighs. if I had gone a size up they would have been too big in the waist and still not quite big enough in the tigh and butt. I am really not that big in that area. 5'1" and 110-112 llbs. Oh, well.

Fabric is substantial and the fits is really good ---very slimming. My derriere and legs looked great. Fit would be perfect if they didn't stick out a bit on the sides where the pockets are located. Very elegant! I am 5'5" and size 10R in Boden pants and these were true to size, yet were long so will have to have them hemmed.

These trousers are very flattering. I have a hard time finding trousers that fit in both the hips and the waist, and these do. I ordered one size larger than my usual (an 8 rather than a 6) and am glad I did so, as they are slimmer cut (at least on me) than they look in the photos. I am short - 5'3" - and the petite length will be perfect with heels. One caveat - as other reviews have mentioned, these are really heavy trousers, so they won't work for summer in a lot of places, but for early spring, they are great.

I really enjoy these pants. I bought the navy crop top shown with these pants and they look great together. These pants are more dressy than casual. They are lined so can be worn a lot before summer hits....then they might be too heavy.

The fabric was nice quality. The material is very thick and ribbed (not really for spring time),and the color is a deep cream...in the image it looks off-white. I must have missed all this in the description. I ordered sizes 6 and 8, neither worked for my body. (I usually wear a size 6 in pants). I can see a tall slendor woman wearing these well. For [$], I expected a sophisticated fabric in the palazzo style. Something you could dress up or dress down, wear in a couple seasons. When I received the pants, I was disappointed. They are very casual and fabric is odd.

I bought these in black and I think I will keep them. However, they are not quite what I had hoped for, especially given the price. The lining makes for a very substantial heft, which you either like or you don't. I happen to like it except for the fact that when I put them on it felt like the rise was a little short. Turns out it's the rise of the lining, the actual pant is OK. Still, that's a bit strange. As others have mentioned, they are a little snug across the hips and in the seat. I was hoping to like these more than I do because I think this bulletproof lining would make for some spectacular white pants.

You know how there are times where you want to look "dressed up" but not "too dressed up"? These pants are for just that moment! I was able to put them on while in vacation in Palm Springs (it's not quite blazing hot there yet) and have a day out with the girls, but still wear them later to the airport for a casual, comfortable but put together look. Definitely consider them if you're looking for a versatile pair of pants.
p.s. - They have lining, so you can totally wear them to work. Swoon.

Great trousers - very comfortable and flattering. Have only tried on so far, but will wear next week. Lovely navy blue color and will wear with the "fun vest" plus ivory cardigan. I purchased 8L as I am 5'10" and love to wear heels. Great length for me - even a tad long for me to wear with flats which is OK. Do recommend but may be a bit heavy when summer time kicks in here in Georgia.

Agree with the previous review - these are very heavy, thick pants - they remind me of wartime army-issue trousers - and even with all that weight they still don't seem to hand right! The fit doesn't feel like a true palazzo either, just a wide leg trouser that are cut too tight across the tummy and thighs ('m a pear shape) which makes the side pockets gape. [...]
