I bought these for a middle school graduation but plan on using them for evenings out with my husband and friends, too. I am 5 ft 5 inches and about 140'ish and the size 8R is a good fit, can wear with modest heels or flats. I have larger thighs and find this area a tad tight when sitting but they do not look too tight. Very slimming as they flare out below the knee and help to balance me out. Highly recommend.

Like the other reviewer, I too need to give up on Boden pants. I have so many tops, dresses, sweaters, and a great pair of Boden boots, and even my kids are well-stocked by Boden, but the pants are so dumpy on me, and never long enough (I'm 5'4")! I would love to get a nice sleek pair of pants from Boden that fits all over, not just in certain places, but that's how these things go. Sounds like other people have better luck... Maybe it's my butt...

The picture doesn't do the pinstriping or the piping justice. The details on these dress pants are very exciting. I ordered a size 2, which I normally wear in Boden, but they were way too small. I am hopeful a 4 will fit better. I have to wear a 4 in the skinny jeans, too.

I really like these pants - love this fabric! I am 5'7" and 125 curvy pounds and the 6R is just right. The length is spot on for flats and did not shrink. I purchased the truffle which happens to go with many other boden items I have purchased but I would like to see this in some lighter colors like sand and white.

I ordered a few pairs of work pants from Boden, including these. Liked the color and fabric choices, I just can't figure out the body type these are made for. Slim waist, large hips and flat bottom?
They seem to have a lot of room right below the waist as if your hips should fill them out, and no room in the seat.

I had been looking for a casual navy trouser to wear on the weekends when not working. THese are nice but did not fit properly on my curvy shape. Also, the fabric is prone to wrinkling, which may be okay if you have time and energy to press pants after each wear...not me... so they went back
