I ordered this in the blue and get nothing but compliments. I'm large in the bust and small in the waist, so I usually order an 8 dress and have the bottom altered down to a 4 or 6. But this fits well right off the hanger. It's narrow enough in the hips but has decent amount of room on top. I could see if you were flatter on top and hippy that this might not be the right dress for you. I have worn this to work several times, it's professional and feminine (I work in a law office, it's appropriate for that, but could also do nicely for a daytime wedding or other such event). I love the dress so much I just ordered the purple color as well. The fabric is soft and fine, the stitching and snaps are well done.

The dress looked pretty online and I was intrigued by the current blouson shape. But the colors were so drab and the blouson was boxy and unflattering.

The fabric was good quality, though.

This dress fits well on the lower half but is a tiny bit big on the top half, the armholes are low so you can see the top of your bra - but this is ok as often Boden tops are too tightly cut there. It's good for a board meeting or dressed up for a wedding. Dress length just right.
